Delivery Information

SHIPPING:
Our normal time for processing orders is 5-7 working days (M-F) which does not include shipping time. If you need your order out quicker you will need to purchase UPS Next Day, UPS 2-Day, or UPS 3-Day which will get your order processed and shipped immediately.

LOST PACKAGES / NON DELIVERED PACKAGES DOMESTIC MAIL WITHIN THE USA ONLY:
All packages are shipped with a tracking number which is sent to the email address registered with your Custom Wedding Gift account.

It is our goal to get the item(s) you ordered to you within a reasonable amout of time using standard delivery services provided by USPS or UPS.

If your package is not delivered within 20 days after it is shipped from our shop as verified by the tracking number, we will issue you a full refund. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages once tracking shows a package as being delivered. This applies to orders shipped within the USA Only.

If you place multiple orders each one will be shipped individually with tracking. Combined shipping is not allowed on multiple orders, each order will have its own tracking number.

We are not responsible for late deliveries by UPS or USPS.
